Shortly before launching Melton Hospitality Advisors (MHA), founder Bill Melton stumbled upon Chaos & Kindness—a mission-driven clothing store in Keene, New Hampshire. Bill was immediately taken by the store owner’s motto: “In a world full of chaos, always show your kindness.” Inspired by the Chaos & Kindness commitment to share a portion of all proceeds with local charities, Bill immediately built a “gives back” component into his business model.
Today, a portion of every fee we collect at MHA benefits one of these Pennsylvania-based nonprofits. Each client has the opportunity to choose which organization will receive the donation.
Of course, if you work with a particular not for profit organization, we would be happy to make a donation to them.
